COVID-19

FieldhouseUSA Guidelines

Thank you for visiting one of our many FieldhouseUSA locations!

With the recent CDC announcement, all Fieldhouse locations will allow guests to remove their masks if they are fully vaccinated. We will not request proof of vaccination as we trust each of our guests and welcome you all here at FieldhouseUSA.

We are extremely proud of how you, the players, coaches, parents, and all guests have entered FieldhouseUSA since re-opening and opening. You have cooperated with and followed the Guidelines as mandated from the State throughout. We are also proud that Fieldhouse has successfully hosted thousands of participates and guests that have either visited, or participated in our leagues and programs, since. That success would not have been possible without the great cooperation we have had from every individual and family that entered our doors. We thank you for helping create and maintaining a safe environment as we all have navigated this pandemic, together.

Since opening in 2009 our philosophy has always been that participating in extracurricular activities is a choice for each individual. Some do it for fun, some for exercise, some for social interaction and others for the competitiveness of the activity. Whatever the reason you choose to participate, or have your kiddos choose to play, it is an individual choice. That choice also includes entering any Fieldhouse location with the understanding that you are doing so at your own risk.

Fieldhouse is currently recommending anyone that is exhibiting any symptoms related to COVID-19 or any other type of illness not enter any Fieldhouse location. Please use common sense and be symptom free before entering.

Until COVID-19 is either eradicated, or every individual has been vaccinated, or a cure is found, there is no way to eliminate the risk of infection and as a result FIELDHOUSE strongly encourages all participants to follow the recommendations below as safety precautions. The information in this document is not intended or implied to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, nor does FIELDHOUSE assume any liability or responsibility for the recommendations provided herein.

We love our guests and trust you to make the right decisions including:
