FieldhouseUSA has given me such an amazing opportunity to be able to build my work experience from the ground up. Starting as a timekeeper when the Mansfield facility first opened in 2017 to now, a sports assistant in Frisco, and loving every minute of it. When I come to work I’m excited to see and help all the people who enjoy the facility as much as I do.

Growing up, I was the kid that was always in the gym working on my game and trying to get better. I love that now I get to be behind the scenes and provide that same space for the next generation of players to get better each and every day. At any time, I can go out to watch kids training, having fun at summer camp, or my favorite, seeing a close game that is coming down to the last shot. It helps remind me of why I am in the position that I am in and what the bigger picture is all about; the kids and their love of sports.

Being able to interact with families on a daily basis and watching them grow through the FieldhouseUSA programs and leagues is something that is rewarding for me. It shows that the product that we are putting out there is successful and that the children who participate are enjoying what they are doing. Seeing that gives me the satisfaction that what I am doing serves a purpose for the youth in the community.
